1. Automated pallet warehouse for the furniture industry
- Modulblok designed an automated pallet warehouse for storing and handling pallets containing kitchen furniture and components, configured to accommodate a wide range of load units.
- The system is designed to handle pallets of different sizes and weights, adapting to the variability typical of the furniture industry.

2. Storage systems with solid wooden decking
The solution features racking fitted with solid wooden decking, designed to ensure:
- continuous support for load units
- protection of stored materials
- stability when storing non-standard products

3. Automation of logistics flows
- The warehouse is integrated with automated handling systems, enabling continuous, controlled put-away and retrieval cycles.
- The configuration optimises the use of available space and improves material flow management, ensuring seamless continuity between production and logistics.

A system featuring over 3,200 storage decks arranged across 13 levels, designed to accommodate large furniture units and components while ensuring high storage density and efficient space utilisation.
Operational efficiency and automated material flows
Optimisation of available space
Extending to a height of 11 metres across an area of approximately 2,800 m², the multi-level configuration maximises storage capacity without requiring additional floor space.
Scalability and phased system development
Implemented in two successive phases—five stacker cranes followed by two additional units—the system was able to evolve in line with increasing production requirements.
