Quality is how we design, engineer and deliver

At Modulblok, quality is not a final check, but a method that underpins every phase of the process. From design and structural engineering to production and on-site verification, each activity is guided by defined technical criteria, standards, and procedures. Compliance is not a constraint, but an integral part of the project: standards, certifications, and controls shape the way we develop storage systems, ensuring performance, safety, and long-term operational continuity.
ISO 9001. Managed quality, controlled processes
The UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System structures and controls company processes across all operational phases. From design and production to project execution, every activity is defined, monitored, and traceable according to shared procedures. This approach ensures consistency in results, performance control, and continuous improvement over time.

UNI EN 1090. Structural compliance and CE marking
UNI EN 1090 certification confirms that the design, manufacturing, and welding processes of structural steel components comply with European requirements for CE marking. For Modulblok, this means designing and manufacturing racking systems and load-bearing structures according to verified safety and strength criteria, in full alignment with applicable European standards. The certification scope covers steel structures up to execution class EXC3, ensuring control over production processes and the reliability of structural performance.

ISO 3834-2. Certified quality in welding processes
ISO 3834-2 defines comprehensive quality requirements for metal welding processes. It certifies that welding activities at Modulblok are managed through qualified procedures, certified operators, and systematic controls across all operational phases. This approach ensures process continuity and repeatability, contributing to the structural reliability and long-term durability of storage systems.

ISO 14001. Environmental management integrated into processes
ISO 14001 certification confirms the adoption of a structured environmental management system, fully integrated into operational activities and production processes. At Modulblok, we monitor and reduce environmental impact by addressing waste, energy consumption, emissions, and resource use. Activities are managed through defined procedures and periodic controls, with the objective of continuously improving environmental performance. This approach enables systematic impact management and alignment between production processes and environmental requirements.

ISO 14064. Emissions measurement and reporting
ISO 14064 defines the criteria for the quantification, monitoring, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. At Modulblok, this standard is applied to measure emissions of CO₂, methane (CH₄), nitrous oxide (N₂O), and other greenhouse gases across our operations, establishing a reporting system based on verifiable data. This enables the definition of reduction targets, progress monitoring, and alignment between environmental objectives and operational management.

ISO 45001. Health and safety in operational processes
ISO 45001 certification confirms the adoption of a structured system for managing occupational health and safety, integrated into operational activities and company processes. At Modulblok, we systematically address risk prevention, monitor working conditions, and continuously improve workplace environments. This approach is supported by training programs and initiatives dedicated to employee wellbeing.
- Implementation of the ISO 45001 international standard for occupational health and safety
- Risk reduction through controls, procedures, and continuous monitoring
- Training programs and welfare initiatives supporting people
