Application management
The Data Controller provides the “Careers” section to allow candidates to view open positions at Modulblok S.p.A. Candidates may submit their CV in response to a specific vacancy. Applications will be reviewed for selection purposes and, if aligned with the required profile, may lead to further contact or an interview.
Unsolicited applications
In the case of spontaneous CV submissions, the Data Controller is not required to provide prior notice or request explicit consent. In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), consent to the processing of personal data is considered implicitly granted upon submission of the CV. Data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to evaluation, selection, and recruitment, including opportunities for collaboration, employment, or internships.
Submission methods
CVs are accepted exclusively through the official website. Applications submitted through other channels will not be considered.
Data retention
CVs will be processed in compliance with the security measures set out by applicable regulations (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 2016/679). Data may be retained and reassessed for similar future selection processes for a maximum period of approximately 6 months.
