The upright and base
The load-bearing structure consists of steel uprights anchored to a stabilising base, engineered to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of loads to the warehouse floor.
Cantilever racking is a storage system specifically designed for long, bulky and non-palletised loads that cannot be efficiently stored using conventional pallet-based storage solutions. From a structural perspective, the system consists of vertical columns fitted with cantilever arms that provide direct support for the stored load. The absence of front uprights ensures unrestricted access along the entire storage level, facilitating the handling and storage of oversized materials. Cantilever racking is commonly used for the storage of metal tubes and profiles, bars and semi-finished products, panels and sheet materials, timber, and a wide range of construction materials.
A selection of cantilever racking configurations showcasing the versatility of the system in handling long and non-standard loads, through a range of structural layouts, arm configurations and application-specific storage solutions.
