Whistleblowing notice
Notice pursuant to and for the purposes of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national or European Union provisions that may harm the public interest or the integrity of our organisation.
In compliance with the provisions of the whistleblowing legislation, the Board of Directors has resolved to adopt an IT platform for the receipt and management of reports: NGH Whistleblowing Platform.
All persons entitled to protection against retaliatory measures under the applicable legislation may submit reports, including anonymous reports, through the link below, which provides direct access to the platform:

PLEASE SAVE THE CODE ASSIGNED AT THE END OF THE REPORTING PROCEDURE. This code will be required to access the platform periodically in order to monitor the status of the report and any requests for additional information.
Where desired, the reporting person may request a direct and personal meeting with the Reporting Manager in order to present the report.
Upon accessing the platform, the reporting person is guided through a step-by-step reporting procedure. Drop-down menus facilitate completion of the reporting form by providing the available response options. Detailed guidelines and procedures are also available within the platform.
For the receipt and management of reports, the Board of Directors has appointed the Company’s Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – OdV), represented by Attorney Giuseppe Schiuma, as Reporting Manager.
The Reporting Manager shall:
- assess the admissibility of the report and verify the existence of the essential requirements;
- request additional information from the reporting person where the report is not sufficiently detailed, through the communication channel indicated by the reporting person when submitting the report;
- maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting person and the contents of the report;
- acknowledge receipt of the report within seven (7) days of its receipt;
- maintain communication with the reporting person;
- ensure appropriate follow-up to the report received;
- provide feedback to the reporting person.

In such cases, the report shall be submitted using a triple-envelope procedure:
- one envelope containing the report;
- one envelope containing a copy of the reporting person’s identification document;
both of which shall be enclosed within a third envelope bearing the address indicated above.

In addition to this Notice, the Company makes available on its website and on the Whistleblowing Platform:
- the Operating Rules for Submitting Reports;
- the Whistleblowing Procedure;
- the Privacy Notice.
By submitting a report through the NGH Whistleblowing Platform, the reporting person acknowledges that they have read and accepted the contents of the Whistleblowing Procedure and the Privacy Notice, which may be consulted and downloaded from the relevant section of the website and the Platform.
