50 years of warehouse engineering
18.000+ installations around the world
Since 1976, we have been at the forefront of storage systems engineering and warehouse logistics.
With more than 150 professionals and 25,000 m² of production facilities, we support thousands of companies each year in Italy and worldwide. Our history is built on technical rigor, continuous innovation, and a clear vision: to design logistics spaces that are more organized, efficient, and safe.
For us, quality means precise structural design, certified processes, waste reduction, pollution prevention, and responsible resource management. A culture of respect—for people, working environments, and the surrounding territory—guides every decision we make.
Our true value, however, lies in the people of Modulblok: professionals who grow, learn, collaborate, and develop solutions that concretely improve business performance and the quality of work.
We stand out for our production flexibility, engineering expertise, and our ability to develop tailored solutions, built through direct dialogue with our clients.
Our portfolio includes automated warehouse systems and shuttle solutions, rack-supported and free-standing warehouse structures, cantilever systems, pallet racking, high-density storage solutions, as well as light-duty shelving and industrial mezzanines.
Located in Pagnacco, in the heart of the Province of Udine in north-eastern Italy, our headquarters serves as the hub of our engineering and design activities. Here, our engineers work closely with customers to analyse operational requirements, material flows, site constraints, and business objectives. Every project is modelled, engineered, and verified to ensure the highest level of functional performance and operational efficiency.
Our production facility in Amaro, also in the province of Udine, hosts our advanced industrial platform: a plant managed by a MES system that controls the entire production process, ensuring consistent quality, full traceability, and reliable delivery performance. It is a facility that represents a benchmark in the industry, built on people’s expertise and a vision of inclusive competitiveness that values every resource.
Through our subsidiary Logaut, we also integrate fully automated modular systems for logistics flow management, transforming the warehouse into an intelligent and scalable hub.
Comprehensive technical support at every stage: preliminary analysis, structural design, warehouse layout, automation consultancy, and definition of the operational strategy.
End-to-end controlled industrial processes and advanced manufacturing capabilities ensure high-performance products and consistent quality.
All coating processes are carried out in-house using state-of-the-art lines, ensuring durability, resistance, and high-quality standards.
Racking installation follows manufacturer-defined protocols and standards. By supporting the client from design to final installation, we ensure correct assembly and maximum system safety.
Quality and compliance are not final checks, but design criteria. Each system is engineered in accordance with applicable standards, considering loads, configuration, and operating conditions to ensure structural safety and operational continuity.
Sustainability is managed as a continuous measurement system. From production to the supply chain, data and independent ratings enable structured assessment of environmental impact and social responsibility.
Participation in institutional networks and industry associations ensures alignment with regulatory frameworks and technical standards. Continuous dialogue with institutions, industry players, and technical bodies contributes to defining sector guidelines and controlling processes—from design to production.
The design of storage systems requires integrated engineering, manufacturing, and operational capabilities. From technical development to process management, every function contributes to system performance and operational continuity.
Warehouse Engineering is a knowledge and sharing platform that explores the warehouse through trends, regulatory developments, automation, and case studies. Technical, accessible, and verifiable content to support both design and operational management.
Describe your needs: our technical team will analyze the information to understand the operational context and provide you with feedback as quickly as possible.
