Direct access and handling of non-standard loads
The absence of front uprights provides unrestricted access along the entire storage level, facilitating the handling of long materials even in compact storage configurations.
Mobile cantilever racking is a high-density storage system designed for the handling of long, bulky and non-palletised loads. It combines the versatility of cantilever racking with a mobile base structure that reduces the number of operating aisles and maximises the use of available space. From a technical perspective, the system integrates a traditional cantilever structure—comprising vertical columns and cantilever arms—with motorised mobile bases running on rails. Materials are stored on horizontal cantilever arms, while the lateral movement of the racking allows only one working aisle to be opened at a time, optimising storage density and space utilisation.
A selection of mobile cantilever racking configurations illustrating how the system adapts to high-density storage environments, combining storage flexibility with efficient use of operational space.
