MATERIAL HANDLING TECHNOLOGIES
RAIDER® technology is an automated high-density storage system designed to increase storage capacity, selectivity and operational performance in pallet warehouses. The system combines automated shuttles, multi-level transfer vehicles and multi-depth storage strategies with intelligent flow management, enabling the simultaneous optimisation of vertical space utilisation, storage depth and operational throughput.
The distinguishing feature of RAIDER® technology is its ability to handle pallets from the 800 mm side, using the pallet entry openings directly as the engagement and transfer point. This configuration reduces the longitudinal footprint of the storage channels, increases the number of pallet positions available and improves SKU selectivity compared with conventional high-density storage systems. The system architecture can be developed in rack-supported, multi-level or multi-depth configurations, integrating RAIDER® shuttles, end-of-aisle lifts, automated handling systems and WMS/WCS software for continuous control of storage missions and logistics flows.
