The Data Controller provides this “CAREERS” section where you can find current job openings at MODULBLOK SpA. Candidates may submit their personal CV if interested in a specific position; the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the CVs received for open positions and invite candidates for a potential interview.

Spontaneous Applications
In the case of spontaneous applications, the Data Controller is not required to provide a formal notice. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and GDPR 2016/679, when the Data Controller receives CVs submitted spontaneously by Data Subjects, they are not required to provide a preliminary disclosure or ask the candidate for explicit consent to process the personal data (including sensitive data) contained within the documentation. Consent to processing is considered implicit upon the submission of the CV.

The purpose of processing related to CV management involves activities strictly pertaining to the evaluation, recruitment, or selection of personnel, with the aim of collaboration, fixed-term or permanent employment, or internships.

Please note: CVs are only accepted if sent through the official corporate website; CVs delivered via other methods will not be accepted.

CV Retention
CVs forwarded to MODULBLOK SpA will be processed in compliance with the security measures set out in Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and GDPR 2016/679. Specifically, CVs received for specific selection processes may be retained and re-evaluated for future searches for similar roles for a period of approximately 6 months.

Instructions for Submitting your CV
Candidates intending to submit their CV are requested to use a format that complies with the following instructions:

  • Use the standard European format (Europass);
  • Submit the document in PDF format;
  • Do not include sensitive data (specifically regarding your own health status or that of relatives/cohabitants, religious, philosophical, or political beliefs) or other sensitive information unless strictly relevant to the proposed job position;
  • The file containing the CV and any attachments must not exceed 5MB.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
